When writing, do you share chapters with friends
or beta readers as you go or do you keep your projects secret until they are
complete?
I
have a hard time keeping my mouth shut when I’m passionate about something. I
share chapters, definitely. I also talk people’s ear off if they make the
mistake of asking about my latest project.

Do you have any special talents? (Singing,
dancing, juggling, gardening, etc.)
Well it’s definitely not gardening. I once managed to
kill a cactus by neglect. Is sleeping a special talent? I’m an incredible
sleeper! Oh, I also dabble a bit with painting.

What is your go-to cocktail?
I love a good
mojito. When I have girlfriends over for cocktails, I make the cheater’s
version: Sprite w/ lime rum, poured over crushed mint and ice.

What was your favorite subject at school?
My favorite
subject in grade school was actually math. I love the order and structure of
math. The answer is either right or it’s wrong. In college, I became interested
in humanities. Studying the culture, the art, the music of bygone eras really
got my writer’s imagination going.

My
favorite line from Danny, my novella released from Entranced Publishing in May,
